A little about me...
I specialize in partnering with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and early-stage startups to craft tailored strategies that address their unique challenges and capitalize on exciting opportunities. My clients primarily operate in industries such as retail, e-commerce, wholesale, manufacturing, hospitality, and marketing and advertising. My expertise lies in helping my clients create comprehensive business blueprints by guiding them through the initial setup and development phases. Together, we address critical topics such as business strategy, business plan development, time and focus management, market positioning, risk/reward analysis, leveraging resources, rapid prototyping, scaling strategies, profit/cost analysis, identifying target markets and niches, defining your value proposition, developing your brand identity, and crafting a marketing strategy.
History
My first entrepreneurial experience came at age 8 when I opened a lemonade stand - and the seed was sown.
I started my first "real" business in my early 20's and now, having founded and built multiple businesses in various industries, the process and lifestyle of an entrepreneur is second-nature to me. And to be perfectly honest with you - the early business ventures failed! But I LEARNED from those experiences, and eventually picked myself back up, invested in mentoring, coaching, and training from people WHO HAD SUCCEEDED IN BUSINESS and began building a series of successful, profitable enterprises, some of which are still going today! I made SO many mistakes early on (with those first businesses) that drained me financially and put me into debt - simply because I didn't know what I didn't know. And now I'm passionate about helping people who are in that space of wanting to build a business for themselves - but don't know how to go about doing it.
